Put simply I wouldn’t use anybody else.

From the moment we met Graeme onsite we chose not to get a second quote. Apart from being a good bugger we felt at ease knowing that we would be in good hands and as it transpired we were.

The level of professionalism shown by the guys onsite was top notch. The only one more impressed than us is Maisey the Cocker Spaniel who spends far too much time down there!

Transparent quoting, great guidance on what they think will work well in regard to plant variety and type, efficient communication and billing - lovely people to deal with. And the actual doing - they turn up with everything prepared, no second trips needed for materials etc. and just absolutely smash the work out! My partner and I reached out to Groundcover Landscaping for their help with our landscaping. We built our house a couple of years ago and had nothing but grass surrounding our house. Groundcover Landscaping provided a few landscape designers to choose from, we worked with Collette from Voila Landscape Designs for our plan.Once we were happy with the design we kicked in to landscaping with Groundcover. They were very efficient, took a lot of care during the preparation, construction, planting and cleaning up after each day before they left. We saw progress almost every day for about a month until completion.They were collaborative throughout the project, keeping us updated with progress, delays and let us know when changes needed to be made. If we weren't happy with something or if we had any questions it would be revolved the next day.My only feedback would be around the design and quotation process. This was our first time engaging with a landscaping company and had no idea what a realistic budget would be for a project this big. The budget we gave to the designer to work with was signifcantly less than the amount it cost to get the work done. If you're on a tight budget, make sure you get Groundcover to review the design and quote it before you make final refinements or changes.We are very happy with our landscaping and would use Groundcover Landscaping again.
